The Conectar Igualdad Consulting Council is composed of institutions and civil and professional organizations that stand out for their work in the education and technology field. The Consulting Council’s goal is to provide a plural look to optimize the implementation of the Program through comparative studies and the analysis of better practices.

• Joel Armando, Master in Educational Research, Degree in Educational Sciences (UNC) and Senior Teacher (ISCAL). Coordinates the Educational Technology Area(Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities, UNC), is Professor of Educational Technology (Faculty of Education, UCC) and assistant professor of Curriculum Design and Development (FFyH, UNC).
• Alejandro Artopoulos, Professor and Researcher at the University of San Andrés. Master in Technology Management from the University of Buenos Aires and Master and PhD candidate in Information Society and Knowledge of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
• Nestor Auza, teacher at the national universities of thecenter of the Province of Buenos Aires, La Plata, Mar del Plata and La Pampa. Professor at the Graduate School at INTA Balcarce. Master in Science, Toulouse. France. PhD at the National Polytechnichal Institute at Toulouse, France. Postdoctoral at the University of Minnesota (USA).
• Eduardo Averbuj, a specialist in technological education. Professor at the National University of General Sarmiento and the National Technological University. World Bank consultant. Education Committee member of the IEO.
• Herminia Azinian, an independent consultant in education and in information and communication technologies. A work group member of WG 3.1 high school education at IFIP. Collaborator at the Strategic Development Program through the Calamuchita Regional Community Education,at Córdoba, Argentina.
• Gabriel Baum, Degree in Computer Science from the National University of La Plata, professor of Computer Science and Director of the Research and Advanced Computing Formation Laboratory at the same university. Board Member of the Scientific Research Commission of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Argentine System Advisory Forum of Digital Terrestrial TV.
• Inés Dussel, researcher in Education at the Latinamerican Faculty of Social Sciences (Argentina) and Educational Director at Sangari Argentina.
• Susana Finquelievich, Architect, Master in City Planning from the University of Paris VIII and PhD in Social Sciences from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Sciences Sociales, Paris. Is an independent researcher at the CONICET.
• Pablo Fontdevila, Executive manager of the Conectar Igualdad Program.
• Miriam Goldszier, National Bureau of High School Education, General Supervisor of High School Education and Head of the Provincial Plan for Strengthening High School Education at the Ministry of Education Education, Salta.
