The Committee is to establish guidelines for the execution of the Program and agree, among all the organisms involved, a scheme plan for its implementation.
The Executive Committee was established under Decree No. 459 on April 6th, 2010.
Its functions are:
• Determine the conditions to run the program.
• Propose actions in order to achieve all the objectives of the program.
• Issue additional rules and their technical and operational implementation.
• Ensure an efficient and progressive incorporation of equipment into the classrooms and their level of connectivity, assessing the impact of technological obsolescence and sustainability of the program.
