Near the plug where the charger is connected there is a light that indicates the battery status.
If the light is a flashing blue it means that the load is being performed.
If the light is a permanent blue, the battery is charged.
If the light is off for a long time the battery is not plugged in or is not being recognized.
Note: If the computer reports the temperature indicators are too high to continue the load it is necessary to disconnect the charger and then disconnect the battery. Let the equipment stand a few minutes to continue with the normal load.
15. I can not access the Internet, What could the problem be?

About the enrollment loading
1. Where can I find the instructions to load teachers and students’ enrollments?
You have a Manual for Principals where you can have all the information you need to load the enrolments. You can access it by clicking on Enrollment Load Manual.
2. When do I have to load the enrollment?
Agents from ANSES will contact every educational institution and will guide principals in the key generation and the students´ enrollment.
3. What documentation must be gathered in order to register students in the application, registration and netbook delivery form?
You must have the following data: last name, first names, identity card, and CUIL both of the student, as well as of the person who will sign the loan (Mother, father, tutor or responsible adult) and last but not least, the bailment signed.
4. How do you generate the student´s Cuil?
The student must complete this process with his father, mother or tutor if he is underage or on his own if he is an adult.
If he is underage he should go to the nearest ANSES with his identity card, his father´s, mother´s or tutor´s identity card as well (the original and a copy) and a copy of his birth certificate.
If the student is an adult he should just go with his ID card and a copy of it.
5. What happens with foreign students who still have no documentation?
In this case ANSES generates a temporary CUIL with which the student may be registered in the application. In order to do this, the organism will request certain documentation according to his residence status. If they fail to gather the necessary information for them or their parents to generate the Cuil, the consultants should count them in the number of students who are loaded in the "SECTIONS". They should not be loaded at the tab "STUDENTS´ENTRY” but at the closure tab “TOTAL AMOUNT OF STUDENTS WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION”.
6. What is the documentation requested by ANSES to generate the CUIL for foreign students?
For foreigners with permanent residence in the country the same documentation as for the argentines is required.
For non-permanent resident foreigners in the country it is necessary for them to present a certificate from the National Direction of Population and Migration or their passport or an entry permit issued by consulates in the country or under international agreements.
For foreigners with permanent residence abroad entitled to a Social Security benefit in Argentina, they must present the document from the country of origin or the agreement apllication form.
7. What are the keys we must generate?
There are two kinds of keys, one for teachers and principals and a second one related to the school building.
Teachers and principals must have the Social Security Personal Key given by ANSES. This key must be generated both by the authority of the facility as well as by the designated operators or advisors to load the student data at the Conectar Igualdad form. After generating the key, you must print the USI-07 form and take it to any office at ANSES to enable it. (This must be done by each designated operator, presenting each of them their form,ID card original and copy).
Meanwhile, educational institutions should arrange the Corporate Social Security Key so that their teachers could Access the Conectar Igualdad Program Application. This key can only be generated by the authority of the establishment by accesing ANSES home page (www.anses.gob.ar). There you will find the form USI-20 Conectar Igualdad version. This should be printed and filled out.
About Technical Schools
1. Are Technical schools included in the Conectar lgualdad Program?
Yes, they are included. The netbooks delivered in 2010 at technical schools belong to the program "Digital Educational Inclusion" which was implemented by the Ministry of National Education. In late 2010 this program was merged with Conectar Igualdad. From the beginning of the 2011 school year, the Conectar Igualdad Program will progressively complete coverage of public technical schools enrollments, foreseeing that in 2012 the entire enrollment of these schools will be completed.
2. Do all students at technical schools receive a netbook?
Netbooks delivered at technical schools in 2010 are part of a program of the Ministry of Education which is prior to Conectar Igualdad. Those netbooks are designated for the upper grades 4 th to 6 th (or the equivalent years depending on jurisdiction). As from 2011, with both programs merged in Conectar Igualdad, the deliveries will be gradually completed over 2011 and 2012 to reach all students.
3.May I keep the computer once I have finished technical school?
Yes, that is correct. The difference between Digital Inclusion Program and Conectar Igualdad Program is that netbooks can not be removed from the establishment in the first case. Since late 2010, Conectar Igualdad absorbed technical schools, allowing children to take the netbooks home. Since the previous program to Conectar Igualdad had another dynamic, as from 2011 Technical Schools must fulfill a series of requirements to meet delivery. The student who finishes high school at technical professional schools gets the netbook for good, provided he has fulfilled all academic requirements, no later than on the examination dates in March of the following year in which he has completed his courses.
